1. Enterprise Privacy Policy

1.4 Security Architecture and Encryption
Security is foundational to our infrastructure architecture. All telemetry payloads are transmitted via mandatory Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with SHA-256 cipher suites. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards across multi-AZ encrypted object stores and persistent volumes. 2. Platform Terms of Service
2.1 Acceptance and Master Agreement
By accessing, integrating, or utilizing the software platforms, APIs, diagnostic scripts, or cloud optimization services managed by Farhan Akhtar LLC, the customer ("Subscriber") enters into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. If registering on behalf of an enterprise entity, you warrant that you possess full administrative authority to bind said entity.
2.2 Service Provision and License Grants
Subject to continued subscription compliance, Farhan Akhtar LLC grants the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform dashboard, deploy diagnostic telemetry workers, and utilize orchestration workflows solely for internal operational performance enhancement.
2.3 Account Security and Access Controls
The Subscriber retains exclusive accountability for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, IAM policies, API keys, and deployment credentials. Any activity executed under the Subscriber’s authenticated account remains the legal liability of the Subscriber. Any suspected unauthorized intrusion must be reported immediately to our systems operations team.
2.4 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Subscribers agree not to:
- Deploy the platform to orchestrate denial-of-service (DDoS) simulations or brute-force testing without prior written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary latency benchmarking algorithms or telemetry binaries.
- Resell, sublicense, or operate the optimization tooling as an unauthorized multi-tenant managed service bureau.
2.5 Service Benchmarks and Limitation of Liability
While our proprietary clusters target high availability with a 99.99% operational target, services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall Farhan Akhtar LLC, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages—including data interruption, revenue loss, or upstream cloud hosting outages—exceeding the aggregate fees received from the Subscriber during the preceding three (3) calendar months.
2.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes originating from service deployment shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
3. Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription Invoicing and Renewals
Platform tiers (Starter Node, Production Cluster, Dedicated Enterprise) operate under pre-paid recurring billing intervals (monthly or annually). Invoices are processed automatically using the authorized payment instrument on file at the commencement of each billing cycle.

3.3 Cancellation Procedure
Subscribers may cancel their active recurring subscription at any moment directly from the billing portal. Upon confirmation of cancellation:
